Interesting... The article doesn't say much about the actual game. The premise is indisputably cool, but you need more then that for a good game.

Honestly, the only way a Firefly MMORPG will work is if Joss is involved in the process in some way. He was the only one with the vision to put it all together. I loved the series and the movie was pretty good too. It was refreshing to see a melding of two genres and pull it out convincingly.

Show was/is amazing. Fox cancelling it was a travesty to mankind.
(Ok maybe not, but a travesty to the sci-fi genre certainly)

MMO based around it has bounds of potential because it contains a genuinely interesting and well thought out world.

Sadly, because it's an MMO, said potential will in probably be wasted.
