Action Vault has posted their PS review.

You start off initially at the character creation screen where the first thing you must do is choose which of the five servers you wish to play on. Since you're given four slots, if you ever feel like trying out a new character, it's easy enough to do. However, keep in mind that once you pick an empire, this decision applies to your entire account. Next, you move on to the physical aspects of your avatar. You can select among dozens of different faces, both genders, and a fair number of voices
