In an attempt to confirm the balance pass on the test server SporkFire let me know that some bugs cropped up and they are not releasing public today:
No Public Test Access today. A couple of nasty bugs foiling our attempts to lauch it.
In addition these comments were on the Official Forums:
Some of you have noted that there is a patch on Public Test Server but the server itself is down. We have pushed data to the patcher and are currently waiting on a list of known issues in this patch from QA to decide if it would be valuable to open the server up to the public for testing.
This is an important patch, and if functionality is too wedged in it, there is no value in soliciting feedback. However, once we have an indication of the patch's current state, I will be able to tell you more about when and if the server will be up.
