ProfessorChaos has released details of a Playtest tonight for the September updates:

There will be a playtest on the Public Test Server.

Friday -- 9-17-2004 -- 3:00p Los Angeles / 6:00p New York / 11:00p UK

Continent: Ishundar

Home Bases

• New Conglomerate: Baal, Dagon
• Terran Republic: Marduk, Zaqar
• Vanu Sovereignty: Girru, Kusag, Lahar

(These were chosen so that each empire would have links to 2 sub-capitols)

Modules

• None (BYOM - We are looking to test combat in the caverns, so I will set up the continents so all empires can broadcast straight into the cavern geogate)
• The geowarp SE of Hanish will be active

Rules

• Do not hack any empire home bases. Any home base that is hacked, generator dropped or any other status change will be restored immediately.

Objectives

• Primary: Capture and hold the Capitol, Enkidu
• Secondary: Obtain modules from the Cavern zones

Duration

• 1.5 hours
