well lets see... the new one i think they will at some point let 20,000 people in. That seems pretty crazy to me but im saying you have a 1-9 chance as of now. But as more people sign up that gets higher and higher. But then again i really dont know how many people signed up for beta and how many they will actully pick.

They have a poll on their site...almost 15k voted. I doubt everyone who visits votes; just as many people who visit the site but don't sign up for beta. But I'm sure they have over (or at least) 20k in apps for the beta.

If you want to increase your chances upgrade your computer. They will let the top of the line systems in first, with the better connections. Just look at how many people complain about the requirments and how they still need to upgrade. Sure, they have 20k beta apps, but maybe only 12k meet min reqs. Me, i double the requirements and i signed up about 10 minutes after release, i have a good feeling ill get in.

that's not neccessarily true...in fact it's a rather unknowlegeable assumption.

companies will oft times let people into beta that just meet the specifications. they need to see if the game will play well for them as well as those with a top of the line system.

however, if you don't even come close to meeting specs forget it.

Well figure it out, estimate the amount of people who will sign up for beta. I'd say 70,000 and only 20,000 get in so, maybe 1 in 3 get in?

lol where did you get 70000? the highest number ive seen in polls is 15k. Id say at most double that. now thats a 2/3 chance with still many people in that not meeting min reqs.
