PlanetSide client addons.

Hi all.
I want to try playing PlanetSide, so I was download client for PlanetSide and during install I see two parts for install "Main game files" and "Core combat".
On the Direct2Drive site I see "PlanetSide Aftershock includes: PlanetSide + Core combat + BFRs".
What is the BFRs addon? Is my downloaded client is old? Did I missing something?

And what the difference between original game client and localized versions?
If I'll play in localized version, did I connect to the same servers as from original?

BFRs are the walking robots you see now and then. They're not an add-on as such, they were just a major game addition patched in a year ago or so.

Localized versions have, for instance, German text for a German version, etc. I don't know how many areas PS has been localized to, but if you read English -- which you seem to -- you don't need to worry about localization.
