The structure on far right sure looks like a warpgate. The armor however, remind me of Dust 514

Edit: Found this in a chinese PS community site, they didn`t say about the source either :S

Edit2: Just found a higher resolution one. The Badge on the soldiers` shoulder seem like NC`s, still not sure though

Clearly Photoshop.
You can easily tell from the server selection, its a copy of the current style. Its very very unlikley that it would look the same.

For the working title, well, they may themself not have a name now, and just putting the working title up there does make sense. its easy done anway, and changing that is even easier.

Having a higher res version would be useful...

Okay now, if you flip it, it looks better. The guy with the scope is no longer left handed and is looking over to the other guy and saying "What the hell are you shooting at??!".
