Hello.

Today i managed to get my old account working, but only cause im using the same email today as back then. So i could retrieve my password.

but my brother on the other hand does not have his old email anymore.
and i can't find support anywhere on how to get his account working again.

where do i turn when he barely knows his login username anymore.
there must be a way right ?

Cause we read that old users will automatically get to test the beta for planetside next.

i can't even find a goddamn email to SOE >.>
is anyone even working there anymore or is it just 1 guy collecting all the subbers money ?

Can your brother get access to his old email account at all? If so you can have all the details emailed to you from SOE, takes awhile for the "automated" process to go thru.

Not sure how it works if you can't access the email account the SOE account is bound to, think you might be up a creek without it.

I recently solved it.

managed to find the chat support, then providing the account name and the detailed information within it, like adress, name, date of birth and so on.
