Big arrest made in Pakistan

Khalid Mohammed was arrested in Pakistan today. He is reportedly the mastermind behind the attacks on 9/11.

He's also on the FBI's "Most Wanted Terrorist" list:

I thought it was Osama Bin Laden.

Man, I was hoping he would go into the other catagory. Not captured, just "No longer a threat".

He's considerably more valuable alive than he is dead. An arrest like this could lead to the prevention of future attacks and possibly the capture or death of Bin Laden.

Also, Pakistan will extradite him to the U.S., so the intelligence and law enforcement agencies will have the rest of his life to interrogate him

I realize he's more valuable alive than dead. I was hoping that we captured him, interrogated him, and then executed him. That's what I meant.

They way you put that sounds funny. But yeah, well, he'll be executed most likely.

Now they are going to interrogate him within another country, which basically means they can torture him, if necessary. I doubt it will take any sort of torture to break him, he faces the death penalty if he is eventually extradited.
