For $165!
So happy right now I could spit. Should fit in well til I end-of-life my system and upgrade in the future. But now I'm wondering how far I can take it? I have a Hyper 212+ with a two fan push/push configuration on it along with my 120mm exhaust fan literally 1/4" away from the cooler. My current setup is Gigabyte EP35C-DS3R 4GB Corsair DDR2 800 ThermalTake 550W Power Supply Gigabyte 6850

That is not a bad price I see them going for more regulary. Depending on the stepping of that and what your board's FSB can handle anywhere from 3.8 GHz to 4.2 GHz is doable.
What CPU are you coming from?

Coming from an e8400. I didn't overclock it, even though it had the G0 stepping.

I had a E8400 and it was a great CPU. I have actually gone backwards. I went from a E8400 -> PII 955 BE -> AII 250. My current CPU is slower then the one I had in 2008 lol.
