Lean in vs Lean back

So I am at my friend's house and I've noticed that they all always lean in to their screens and shit. I've also found myself doing this mostly because of how their stuff is setup, it's like I can't sit up straight or lean back in a way that allows me comfortable access to the keyboard and monitor viewing.

At my place I'm always leanin back all gangsta in my old computer chair. Or if I'm somewhere else with my laptop I'm leaning back in some chair still.

Not being able to lean back just feels wierd to me. How about you dudes and dudettes?

Edit: I was gonna post this in the lounge but I kept being told I needed to "select a thread prefix"

really depends on how the computer is setup, what the table looks like, how comfortable the chair is, height of chair.

in games like starcraft, i tend to lean in to make sure everything's accurate.

in fps's/mmos, i tend to lean back and just allow my deathadder + steelseries mousepad do all the work ^^

I start neutral, then end up leaning way back, but thats a combo of when im sittin straight up, im 3 feet from a 47" screen, so leanin back on this is not a disadvantage like doin it on a simple monitor. And the fact that i need to get a new chair, it encourages me to slouch down big time. Its hard to find one with a high enough back to support my head if i lean back without slouchin way down into the chair.

Lean back (or sitting straight up). Posture is important.

At home I either lean forward or sit on my side. I have my laptop on a coffee table, and I sit on a couch. Very comfy to just lay on my side and use my laptop.

At work I sit up straight since I have a nice computer chair.
