Some VS dude, once again without a helmet, possibly flying up close with his jump pack.
Once again, a TR guy with a Gauss rifle.
Notice how the Pulsar (?) shot goes through the TR.
Also, the TR on the left is either carrying something weird, or something weird is laying in front of him.
The TR in the distance, on the left, may have just triggered his jump pack.
And the complimentary dead NC, of course.

I think you are looking far too much into this. For example, the shot going through the TR guy - I'm guessing that is just simply an accident and the shot is still being drawn after hitting the target.

And the TR guy who you believe may be about to use a jump pack - I'm pretty sure what you think is some exhaust animation is just glare on the monitor.

A line/mesh intersection is one line of code in DirectX, but you might be right.

I really doubt that jetpack exhaust is just glare, though.

Also, I'm now positive the TR on the left isn't holding anything special...
