I was thinking the same this afternoon, that i want so much to play TR for their Moskitos and cool design. I also like the ant style, needing lots of coordination and teamwork. I guess it's a classic reaction from someone who never played PS.

But i realised i just prefer them because i know more about them, I'll wait for the beta to decide i guess, or at least to know more about NC and VS.

You know how in WoW the Alliance are seen as a bunch of gay emo prettyboys (which we arn't unfortunately) and the horde are all cool and shit?

Thats how it works with the TR vs NC. TR is for people who like the prettys (I do) and NC are for the people who think they are cool.

I guess its just like in real life where, as my moral compass, I look toward fictional characters like Lord Helmet, Avitus from DoW2 and Monara (yes yes!).

I suspect most will stay with their primary empire from PS1.

However, I think VS may benefit most - if they indeed are the LAST Empire to be revealed - it will give them the advantage of being the most recently hyped Empire before Beta and PS2 go live.

If the DEVS do their jobs - and I firmly believe they will - we will all want to play the other two Empires. I expect it to be a TOUGH call. All will have their alluring qualities.

I wish we could still choose TWO out of the THREE Empires - with at least a 4 hour timer between jumping between the two.
