Does anyone else think the Vehicles die a little easily/

Been watching the videos, and I am concerned about the ease of vehicle destruction. Tanks in particular seem flimsy, in some cases very flimsy... is this just an alpha thing or are we essentially saying goodby to ground vehicle combat?

I am all about teamwork. In fact, I am really disappointed with driver gunned tanks, but if tanks can be destroyed by one ballsy infantryman or in 2 or 3 seconds by a fighter... well I can''t see playing very long.... I say this as someone who is STILL playing planetside 1.
