Improvement: Custom skins/decals/etc for vehicles:

Make certain ones earned/achievements.

Sort of how in PS1 if you did X with Y, you earned Z title. All the purchasable ones in the shop are fine, but with that I think people should be able to earn certain ones as well. Not necessarily generic crap like "1,000 kills with X weapon" but maybe "3 kills with ______ while at or below 20% health". Something that's actually special/means something.

I just hope as outfit leader, I can purchase a decal that would stamp itself to every vehicle in the outfit if the individual user was inclined to showcase it, much like the original PS. I would hate to have to beg every individual member to have to buy it, i doubt that would happen, though i know more than a few would be on board.
