My gaming PC

Hi, my friend told me if I needed help with things I could come here. I was wondering what kind of rig you could set me up with on a budget of 250$ per week. I don't mind saving for a couple of weeks to get a high end PC if you can set me up with one. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

I would also like it to be able to support two high end graphics cards and a liquid cooling system.

Really no idea what you mean by $250 per week. If you mean saving up and buying weekly thats a very bad idea. Comeback once you have saved at least $1000.
