VS - owl watch - western Us/ Mountain time
VS - owl watch - western Us/ Mountain time This us west outfit will consist of Mainly infiltrators/ light assualts and engineers/ medics. Stealthy tactics, and air attacks will be the norm. Im looking for fun and friendly players who like midnight air battles, sniping, and stealth. No friendly fire, No lone wolfing, (while playing together) and No ignoring forms of communication. I don't wan't jerks who are stup and don't do anything. So STEALTH, AIR BATTLEs, and generelly being a BOSS assasin!!! Also I'm working on setting up a website for the outfit, so look out for that |

Why not just join the Spec Ops division of an established outfit? You can earn your way into a leadership position without spending all that time & money on setting up a website, advertising, recruiting, etc.
Special Bonus: You'll have air, armor, & infantry divisions working in tandem with you. This is far better than being a lone wolf group guessing at what would be the most effective way to support the rest of the army. After all, what Spec Ops divisions do doesn't really work without working in concert with the larger leading force. You are, by definition, a small tactical tool to be used strategically by those with an eye on the whole war. I've gone into more detail on why I don't think new, small outfits are really the way to go here, but suffice to say Plaentside success is all about organization, and as such many disparate outfits is not the way to go. (Not trying to burst your bubble at all man, just trying to suggest a more effective means for you to meet your goal: leading an effective Spec Ops team) That being said, I'm a Galaxy pilot by trade so, while I know how to get a spec ops team into a location covertly, I'm no expert on the subject. If you'd like to know more about how dedicated Spec-Ops divisions work within big outfits, may I suggest sending this guy a PM. Last edited by Soyokaze; 2012-06-19 at 03:28 AM. |

Ok I roll stealth/sniper and am looking for a group that can put my skills to kills. I know the difference a group of 5 people can make in a battle of 500 if the bullets are hitting their mark. Let me know if you think this is a good fit and I will think about joining.

Having an outfit dedicated to this sort of thing allows for extreme specialization and that moment of "OH CRAP THE OWLS HAVE A SNIPING POSITION, PLEASE, WE NEED AIR SUPPORT!" A sniper is a terror weapon. Simply put players don't like to die. A sniper unit or a stealth sabotage unit that makes the enemy afraid of what might be around the next corner gives you a lot of power over them. Plus with the new inter-outfit communications in game commanders can co-ordinate players of multiple outfits. |

An outfit based entirely around stealth and sniping would be something I'd love to see. Good luck with this, OWL, I'll see you on Auraxis. Hope the recruitment goes well! Last edited by robocpf1; 2012-07-10 at 01:28 PM. |
