subscriber perks?

So i have been reading a little bit here and there about how this subscription model will be, but nothing is set in stone (to the public) as far as i can tell.

Somewhere i read that subscribers will get lowered respawn timers on vehicles and and squad spawns... For the love of Gandhi don't!
Now, i fully intend to use the subscription model, but i dont want to have what could be considered a mild form of cheating.

The monthly item bags or cert bags or whatever i have been reading about, and a xp boost and maybe a small resource boost (im not sure about resource boost though:P), and a chance to get camo's and hood ornament's and stuff like that in the monthly bags would be great obviously.

Am i alone on this one?

But not focusing on that, do you have a source for the subscription info? I've yet to find anything on the subject.

I agree actually, but I'm pretty sure that's just baseless speculation.

I wouldn't mind seeing some cosmetic items that are exclusive to subscribers, though I'm not sure how people would feel about that if it's done on a "renting" basis (ie. you lose it if you pull your sub).
