Share Specs

[Mishap]

I got an email from SOE wanting me to share my system specs but when i click the link it redirects me to a page that says i have already signed up for BETA? anyone know what im doing wrong?

Try IE, Firefox, and Chrome. People cycled through these and got it to work eventually.

opened the link in IE and it worked right away, the button to start the survey wasnt there when i viewed in Chrome.

Is there anyway to edit your system specs on SOE? as I can't see anywhere I can even enter them... my account is listed as having a beta key for PS2...

I also did not get the Survey until i changed my IP to a American

The way most people have fixed it is to change the language settings. Go into your options and change language to English (US). It fixed it for me and many others. Hope this helps

Need the same thing. Accidently put my video card as 8000 series nvidia.

I have changed the language settings as suggested and played around in firefox and chrome, still have never been asked to enter system specs or found out where to provide them... so I'm lost on that front...

Just use Internet Explorer. It WILL work.
