Grudge matches, your thoughts

I had an idea pop into my head after seeing all the amazing terrain, cliffs, valleys, etc from E3 videos.

What if two opposing outfits decided to have an afternoon brawl somewhere where there was not a base necessarily. Maybe in a cool valley, forest, cliff top, or where ever. And have a friendly brawl, or not so friendly grudge match.

I remember playing WoW back in vanilla days. We would meet up in the actual game world at a pre set destination both sides agreed on in the forums. It was usually people that I saw often in PvP and had semi grudges/uber respect for. We would emote each other and go at it! Something about it being "our" fight that made it epic. It was not often we did it, but we all have good memories from the the small skirmishes we would do from time to time.

What are your guys thoughts on little outfit grudge matches in little random spots on the continent? Do you think it sounds dumb? Do you have a better idea or different idea? will there be any room where there are not capturable bases?

Just thought it would be a cool way to express your love/hate/respect for your greatest foes or outfits.

not sure exactly how you would meet up without someone from some side butting in but thats something i think would happen quite a few times :P

wait so small teams fighting each other in a small area... FPS... sounds like battlefield to me

but on a more serious note it wont really work due to interference from outside sources. (note why some say E-sports wont work)
