So an acquaintance of mine who has never heard of PS saw a video of PS2 for the first time. I tell him that I played PS1, thought it was the best game ever and am really looking forward to PS2. He said, "Yeah it looks cool. I hope the multiplayer will be as good as the single player mode looks."

I always thought PS2 was 100% single player with this INCREDIBLY human-like AI....

It's recording all the 'voip' messages that's taking them so long. So many voice actors...

Plenty of single player games tack on a multiplayer component. PS2 should be the first MMO to tack on a singleplayer campaign.

That's the main reason I uninstalled BF3 after an hour and a half. I couldn't turn off the profanity-laden background chatter. It was like being trapped on a TS server with a bunch of potty-mouthed junior high school kids.

I was very excited that available PS2 skins consisted of white, oriental, black and hispanic. Now I'm worried.

you havent seen the awful ps2 trailer apparenly. Its totally absurd with some superman runnin over tanks, dropping nades down the hatch, leapfrogging from galaxy to galaxy, shooting thru vehicles with a simple rifle, and taking out armies all by himself. Its totally retarded and nothing to do with actual gameplay. Maybe that works as a single player game with some super hero fighter thing but its not PS in the least. Its so bad i wont even tell friends about it, they would laugh and/or think the game was somethin else completely. Too bad, since the game has the potential for epic real trailers with actual things you could do in the game instead of all the make believe stuff that will never happen at all and just looks ridiculous.
