yeah, he would have to be certed for heavy tanks if he wanted to drive it, but he could hand it off to another tank crew, or possibly crew the gun and use it almost like a turret.

I beleive the hacker has to be certified for the vehicle's equivalent in his own empire in order to drive a hacked vehicle.
But correct me if i'm wrong.

I wonder what will happen if you hack more then 1 vehicle. Would the other vehicle despawn?

If so I'll be hacking enemy vehicles all the time That is if I can get close enough to them

You can only have one vehicle, if you have one and you hack another the other ones switchs to ownerless and deconstucts after like 10 mins.

You can't hack a Galaxy can you?

Anyways, my goal for my hacker character is to jack whatever the biggest jackable enemy vehicle is, and KEEP IT IN CIRCULATION -- supplying my empire with a fresh, um, SUPPLY of enemy vehicles. My clan/outfit will all be Vanu in beautiful black TR vehicles

Yeah, you can hack a Galaxy. Don't think you're ever going to see one just sitting around though.

Oh, and I think that a vehicle converts to your Empire's colours once it's hacked. Would be very confusing for your own team if that weren't the case.
