Post Beta Patch Notes

http://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/i...0/#post-207187

+500 for Vehicle Management UI.. man that was needed so badly.

General:
  • A few crash bugs and stability tweaks have been made to provide a more stable gameplay environment.
  • Iron Sights on all weapons have been tuned.
  • Link Dead members will now pass squad leadership to the next available member.
  • New certifications have been added for aircraft.

Notable Bug Fixes:
  • Switching to a weapon with a scope while aimed down sights will no longer cause players to see their weapon through their weapon's scope.
  • Proximity mines will now explode when an enemy is near or they are shot.
  • Voice Chat HUD should now be correctly labeled for Squad, Platoon and Outfit.
  • The gunner seat in a vehicle is no longer inverted when inverted flight controls are selected. “Invert Vertical Look” is now the authority for vehicle turret controls.

Known Issue:
  • Working on a handful of base shield issues. Shields may not come up and down exactly as they did, but bases are capturable and fixes will be up as soon as possible.

Vehicles:
  • Vehicle management window now operational.
  • The Quad has been tweaked to provide better handling.
  • The fire rate of the Scythe and Reaver has been adjusted to be closer to the Mosquito.
  • The cone of fire on the Scythe, Reaver, and Mosquito has been increased.

The following Certifications have been added to the Galaxy, Liberator, Scythe, Mosquito, and Reaver:
  • Speed
  • Turn Rate
  • Vertical Thrust
  • Braking Force

Interface:
  • Tank Mines, Spawn Beacons, C4, and mines can now be spotted and seen on the mini-map.
  • Player whispers should now be functioning correctly.

World:
  • Seabed Listening Post now has an additional spawn room and terminals.
  • Indar Communications Array now has an additional spawn room and terminals.
  • Ti Alloys now has a Spawn Control Unit, turrets, and an additional spawn room.
  • The Palisade now has an additional spawn room, terminals, and a Spawn Control Unit.
  • The Blackshard Iridum Mine now has an additional spawn room, terminals, and a Spawn Control Unit.
  • Lost end Outlook now has an additional spawn room, terminals, and a Spawn Control Unit.
  • NS Research Labs now has an additional spawn room, terminals, and a Spawn Control Unit.
  • Snake Ravine Look out now has an additional spawn room, terminals, and Spawn Control Unit.

Infantry:

The following Certifications have been added:
  • Nanoweave Armor
  • Advanced Shield Capacitor
  • Flak Armor

Weapons:
  • Rocket Launcher speed and acceleration has been increased.

World Related Items

General
  • The repair threshold for all phalanx turrets was changed from 50% to 100%. This means if the turret is destroyed, it needs to be brought to full health to be active again.
  • The overhead map and mini-map have been updated.
Dahaka
Dahaka now has the additional walls that Zurvan received, but with a different yet similar flow.
Note: there are no shields protecting the superstructure.
  • There is now a single capture point within the interior of the Amp Station superstructure.
  • The Spawn Control Unit is now located in the left courtyard building, where one of the generators used to be.
  • This building is protected by shields that only allow ally infantry to pass.
  • These shields are powered by a generator in the right courtyard at it’s normal location.
Zurvan
  • Some tweaks were made to the Zurvan facility. The largest change is the main spawn room was moved to the opposite side of the superstructure.
  • Attackers tickets will be reduced by 50% and Defenders tickets will remain the way they are now. This will make capping faster for an attacker.
  • Currently, the two shield generators need to both be brought down to gain access to the interior by removing two shields in the rear of the superstructure. This has changed slightly. There is now a single shield operated by both generators. The generators must both be repaired to an active state (50% health) to restore the shield.
  • The back door shield generator (the one inside the CC room) has had its health increased by 50%.

Updated OP with some world related changes I found. Didn't see anything else..

Of course they never add everything they do to notes.

While they generally have a few things left out, a lot of things that have been mentioned on the beta forums have already been in the game.

Also if anyone else certs into it, Nanoweave Armor isn't working properly.

Now for Vehicle Management System. I tried Deconstructing my vehicle, it doesn't give resources back, but does anyone know if it resets the timer?

There are a LOT more changes.

Tons of terrain changes.... Lots of balance changes, most obviously AA is more effective (for whatever reason).

Oh... and I SWEAR there is a ton more sand blowing around in the desert.

FPS is nice.

Game is really looking great!

That's what I'm seeing too. Lots of folks posting about many more additional changes not in the patch notes on beta forums. Also, Hamma, where did you get these notes from? You posted them before they posted the ones on the official forums. Reddit or something?

FPS improved. Render quality stuck at 100% bug was fixed.

LA jumpjets got changed. You can't jump as high vertically, but you can jump farther horizontally.
