Looking for NC outfit in NA, preferably US East

I am new to PS2 but have been following PS2 since like last year. I am not new to FPS games and have been playing them all my life.

Things I am looking for in an outfit:
- Somewhat laid-back but very teamwork oriented
- A combined arms outfit (I do not know what kind of soldier I want to be yet)
- Mature and respectful behavior
- Allows flexible hours (not that I don't have too much time to commit it's just sometimes I have to do real life stuff)

Things an outfit would want me
- I have a microphone, and I do use it.
- I am willing to us Teamspeak or Ventrilo or whatever others there are.
- I will listen to Squad leaders, Platoon leaders, or whoever is in command.
- I do not constantly spam on the microphone saying useless words.
- I will not rush in alone. I will wait for the team so we attack together.
- I will not insult other teammates.
- Yes, I am a noob at the game, but I am willing to learn how to get better.

TL;DR: I'm just a guy looking for a NC combined arms outfit to join.

If you are in Beta, you are more than welcome to squad with us and see how you feel about joining. We aren't likely to be East though... but we have players in Central who have no issues on the West servers. We do specialize in Armor, but we recruit all roles except for Galaxy Pilots.
