Make "Rankings" useful

What does it mean to be Rank 26?? Right now all we would know is the person has put enough time into the game to earn enough Xp to be a rank 26...that's it...not much info right?


I propose they add (in addition to overall ranking) a Ranking by Class. So that if you see a squadmate or unfamiliar player who is let's say a level (denoted by title/medals) 20 Engineer you know they have worked allot as an Engineer and expect them to be well equiped and adept at serving as an engineer.

If they are a level 2 Medic you know they are inexpirenced or play the class very little.

I think it would put a little more meaning behind the whole idea of "ranks" esspecially if they just basically mean you just play allot.

Way too late for this now...

I would have preferred if everyone had to earn the xp in the class/vehicle they spend the certs on. Want to buy Engi upgrades? earn xp as an engi. Way too late for that now as well...

I think it would be late for your idea, but mine could simply retro date existing Xp earned by class to add another layer. I know it would not add to much but just a small layer of intel is better than nothing.
