S-AMS Hints & Tips

Hi,

I'm new to Planetside 2, having logged 8 hours or so getting used to it (30 minutes of that learning that I seriously suck at flying, or need to work out a better way to keybind.. mouse control is horrific).

I'm building up to certs and decided that S-AMS cert seems to be a solid first step, but before I do so, I have been trying to find some advice for S-AMS placement.
Is it as simple as finding a location close to the fight with strong cover for the sunderer, or is there more to think about when dropping a sunderer for my teammates?

Pretty much just finding a good spot and deploying it. Only caveat is you can't deploy closer to another sunderer that is already deployed

I've seen some really awesome deployment spots.

I was worried that there were certain preferences that would annoy people if I dropped a sunderer in an unpopular location that blocked other sunderers from going to preferred spots.
