WOODMAN Amerish skirmish week

Leaders of the major Outfits from NC, VS and TR gathered for a meeting of minds. This meeting was to discuss plans for an Amerish Skirmish Week.

The outcome of this was that on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday of this week (18th - 23rd March) at 20:00 GMT, we will be grouping together for some fantastic events including (but not limited to):

Galaxy pirate ships (first night's event) - with knife only light assaults
Sunderer destruction derby
Galaxy jousting
Chase the ESF
Lib/reaver/knife only fights
Faction king of the hill
Flash deathrace (with guns ofc)
360 Noscope hipfire battle

The gist is that we want EVERYONE on the Woodman server to focus their efforts and fight all week on Amerish, and join us on the specific days for some fun-sized faction events! Woodman missed out on the server merge and we need to act to get people fighting on the 2 other glorious continents. We're sick of Indar, as I'm sure most of you are! So get your butts onto Amerish this week and show everyone that Woodman is not dead!

Small suggestion. Keep your platoons open for public, that way we can attract more ppl to Amerish. [IP] will most likely have at least one public platoon.

Any feedback on last night? I was surprised to see Indar was full while [TAW5] was playing on Amerish, with finally some good action. Although I had no clue what was going on as mentioned in this topic first post.

Ummm well we had that event at 8:00-8:30pm GMT start, it wasnt the smoothest because of the massive fps lag and some members blowing up gals so we did attempt the galaxy pirate ships but, it was far too laggy.

So we went for knife fight, then all out infantry battle. I think next time we'll have each faction meet at their warpgate @ 8:00-8:30, then move out from there.

Did Try King of the hill but it was ruined by the NC maxes, for next time, no max crashes. My fault for not seeing that one coming.

I don't remember seeing any TAW guys on the TS3 ... i did give you guys the TS3 details.... soooo idk what happend.

Check lower down there's some vids, as u can see it was very laggy due to the gals (i think).

So next events are wednesday, saturday, and i'll do some crazy shit on sunday for those around - maybe galaxy sumo wrestling over the crown or something idk :P we'll see what the server pops allow.
