Why not make 6 month boost always available?

I have an alpha squad boost, and I like having that boost. I so badly wanted to get the heroic 6 month 50% XP boost, but I didn't have to funds to spend on that weekend. My question is, why not make that boost up for constant sale? Make it $50 or $60. I will still buy it when I have the appropriate funds every six months. Its like making a full price game sale off players every half year. Plus new players can buy it.

Its not like it discourages us from buying more station cash. I've also had a sub since launch and have spent over $100 on station cash. Please SOE, make it constantly available.

I doubt its the last you will see of them and they will be back but will always be on limited sale. They instantly devalue the cost of the weekly boosters and naturally they want to make money from these.

given the deal that was on offer it was a good way to quickly generate aload of cash and stop fence sitting. If there's even a hint of it being around for a while you will lose sales. It was a quick and smart way of SOE locking up your cash. But you will a them on limited sale again in the future, most likely some time after the majority of the AS boosters expire
