this pic is of vanu soldiers, it looks completely different to the ones ive seen before, it has lots of green instead of lots of purple...

has this got something to do with rankings of implants or certs or some other wiers PlanetSide thing? or are they just mutated?

Javascript won't work in a forum buddy, what you want to do is right click on the pic you want to post and it'll show you the URL for the pic. This is the URL you want to post in the little pop-up script this forum give you when you want to post a pic.

Oh yeah your sig won't show either because you've got the extension as a .txt, it should be .gif, .jpg or some sort of image file.

well i did have it on jpg, but it didnt work, it must be the geocities thing, anyway, ill leave it there for ppl to click on.

Yea, you are right, the first is a more recent pic but I didn't mention any dates I just said that the second one seems to be the colour scheme they've gone with.

In my opinion though, the better colour's are red and black. Go TR!

The second is the newest. The first one has asstastic models/skins, an outdated GUI, and weapon models that don't even exist anymore. The only thing old about the second image is the face of the guy in the armor (the generic Steven Seagal lookalike).

I'm just going by the file dates, the first was 31-12-2002 the second was 20-11-2002. The second pic is probably more of an art mock-up of what they wanted them to look like than a screenshot. The first pic was probably an early in-game capture where all the sides only had one model each or something.
