Even if you made beta, you might not get your disks!!!!

I just filled out my disk order fourm and was greated with this very unsettling message:

Thank you for submitting your shipping address application to PlanetSide? Beta program. While we cannot guarentee that you will be sent the Beta CD set for the exclusive beta, you have fulfilled all of our requirements and you do stand a very good chance of being involved. Thank you for your interest in assisting in our beta testing process.

Please tell me that this is not so!

They only say that if your cd get lost in the mail, they wont send out new ones...

Would be hell to check if people actually got in, or if they are faking to get another cd for their m8's...

I can comfortably say that this is just Sony's legal mumbo jumbo of covering their asses in case something goes wrong from their doorstep to you. This just relieves Sony from being responsible for acts of god, etc. If the mailtruck your disks are on spontaneously combusts its not sony's fault. If baby jesus comes along and steals your CD's out of your mailbox you're SOL and sony wont replace the disks. If your serial number is hacked sony isn't responsible, etc. This saves them alot of worries from people who claim to have lost the CD's and then give the dupes to their friends. Barring any problems from sony's doorstep to your cdtray I dont see a reason anyone who filled in shipping info correctly wont get in.
