i've never done this before, but i've always wondered what it takes to setup a small web community (or a large one like PSU). is the software user-created? like, did hamma or PSU staff write all the code for PSU? or is it a modified GPL-type softwares? i have some spare hardware and a decent ISP that could support a small community. what's next?
