Instant Action Critical Error on PlayStation4

Situation:
Using instant action as Max.

Outcome:
Selecting Instant Action immediately cuts the game out and brings up a tedious error containing various numbers and letters of which make no sense.

Evidence:
No screenshots of the TV screen whilst this is happening - PlayStation4 doesn't really have a print screen button unfortunately.

The error has happened several times now, it doesn't seem to cause any issues whilst as any other class apart from a Max. Is anyone else having an issue or is this just me? (Hopefully I'm not alone with this one as I'd really like to sort it).
