Is it possible to use a reaver cert and a reinforced armor cert at the same time? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

You can have both certs yes, but you can only fly with Agile armor. Having reinforced does not limit you to just that - you can still have agile or spawn for that matter.

are thier any flyers that I can pilot while wearing reenforced?

also what about heavy guns would that stop me from driving a wraith?

is there a list somewhere of what certs you cant take advantage of at the same time?

guns arent an issue. Reinforced armor can only drive 'open' vehicles. IE Wraith, Ballisak, Harasser, and your Empire Specific Heavy Buggy (enforcer/maurader/thresher). You can be a passenger or Gunner for anything while wearing reinforced, just not a driver/pilot of some stuff. Infiltration Suits, Standard Armor, and Agile armor can drive/fly anything.

the reinforced armor can drive/pilot "open topped" vechs this includes wraith, harasser, and Basilisk, and yes you can have any weapon on while on teh wraith or any other vech for that matter
