Mosquito ad on

this is just an idea but from what ive heard the mosquito is under used. what i think that would make it a little better is if they put a few sidewinder type missles on it and make them powerful enough to almost take out a reaver. and to keep people from using these missiles on tanks and infantry they could make it so to fire the missiles you have to aquire a lock on and the missiles can only fire on air targets.


anyways let me know what yall think and tell me what you think is wrong with my idea.

dont think the mosquitos ment to be an attack vehicle and if it is, only for support. an add on might be the way to make more people use them but it would need to be for scouting purposes which is the skeeters original intent

I fly a mos, and they are much much better than a reaver 1-1

I can take out several b4 they kill me, I find that 2 reavers vs 1 mos is about fair if they are all the same skill piolits.

I owuld like to see a +5-7% dmg with the mos chain gun, but even the way it is, it is a very good AA weapon.

You can even take out inf faster than the reaver, and you do not have the ammo problems.

Mos are the fighters in the game, Reavers are the gun ships, and gals are the transports..

Most people jsut dont know how to use the mos

well im glad to see someone else who likes the mosquito but you got to admit that the mosquito with two sidewinders under the wings would look pretty sexy

I think that and added rocket would be cool to do as a later addition. Keep the tech changing as the game goes on.

The mos is perfect as it, for what it was ment to do. Adding overpowered missles would make it cost 4+ certs. Logicaly anyway

Just recently the upped the Hull on the Mosquito, and the fact it doesnt show up on radar well if at all, usually only when firing, is good for sneaking up on folks.

I love flying but untill i upgrade my PC, ill stay on the ground, I am tired of crashing into trees because of PC lag. i like flying low and fast, and zig zag between the mountains and trees,

If they were to "add" something to the squito, maybe, more stealth? or radar jammer? EMP Bombs? something different .

For example with a couple certs, you have the option of a EMP bomb, only two can be carried at a time . you fly over a target area and drop, making motion sensors and spitfires stop working for a few minutes, also if a AMS unit is near, it becomes "visable" to the enemy. The EMP bomb would cover a limited area.

Just an idea.

The skeater is the Air suppiriority craft in PS. It's fun to knock down reavers, and even more fun when they try to run...

The only real issue is knocking down Galaxies, but in swarms skeaters can. (Most fun I've had was 5 skeaters hunting Gals and reavers. Never seen that much swearing!)

It only takes a mos about 1 full clip (not that long) to down a galaxy, and since they cant fly very fast, it is easy to do, down them all the time (just avoid those guns if your not ontop of them, or dodge a lot, they have a good chance and hurting you quite a bit before you down them)
