Galaxy loading

I was just wondering, when you choose to load a vehicle into a Galaxy, do you manually drive it in, or is it just like driving over a circle, then the thing drives itself in.

Aka, Can I be flying in my Lightning, running from a barrage of Vanguards and Mag Riders to a Galaxy and fly into the Galaxy (most likely upside down), or would I have to stop and enter slowly?

You drive it in, but once you reach a point, you automatically stop and the gal loads you up

Argh thats sucks, makes you wonder if it can stop a Lightning doing 90 kph towards it though

Though i can't say for certain in my experience the circle that actualy opens the door is very finicky and you need to be stoped on it for the door to open. Also if a gal is on the ground and your getting chased by tanks dead gal is probly very close in your future.
