I think the most effective buggy would be the Enforcer if it didn't have that horrible bug that locks the gunner's perspective to straight ahead from the vehicle. I say The Marauder is the best looking buggy, and the Thresher is the most fun to drive.

definately the enforcer. Anything that can 1 hit kill an agile and 4 hit kill a MAX, and kill Briley TWICE!!, is a good thing =)

well, I have not played, but I would say that 1-1 the NC one would win, but the TR on is prob better all around due to the anti-inf and anti-armor on it, the vs one I dont know how factors in due to I dont know how much dmg it does, but pI like the NC one best due to the ka rocket it has, and its speed/manoverbality I would say that due to ease of aim, etc it would prob be a very good anti max/tank buggy.
