Sims are ok....with the new expansions packs their less boring. I prefer FPS's myself though.

you guys are bitching about the sims? come one everyone knows the sims is gonna always sell well. But look at enter the matrix. Have any of you actually played that game? It's complete and total crap. The game has some of the worst controls and user interface I've ever seen. The graphics are piss poor for a brand new game. Then the fact that it is just a marketting ploy to make more money of of the matrix. But I guess it's working.

Anyways, mmorpgs arent really what sell to a general and huge gaming audience. EQ almost seemed like a cult and i know its not the same but you cant expect more. Ive seen only 1 add for it (and i forgot where it was from).

Sims Suck Like Monkeys! and Enter Teh Matrix is not well suited for the PC its more of a console game because of the 3rd person view thing. PCs dominate the 1st person action because its harder with consoles. The minor differences that could make or break a game is always the platform.

The Sims does well because many people who don't play video games are willing to play the Sims in addition to the gamers who play it (and you know who you are /glare).

hey umm i wanted to ask if spying an enemy empire is an allowed strategy....u know like ur in NC and u make a character on the same server on TR, go in a squad/outfit and tell their plans to ur empire....or giving ur emipre enemy weaponry....just asking if its allowed....

If the sims didnt have any addable content it would suck but it has addable content. There are many sites that let you download thousands of new objects, floors houses and stuff. It really has a big following, not just a bunch of people who are 45 and have played it and rollercoastertycoon.

The people who say its sucks: have you really played the game. Have you made objects with the sims Transmogrifier. I doubt it, youve probabley just bought the game and no expansions and said, "theres like 5 items wtf!"

That is actually a good result. The Sims expansion # whatever is always at the top. GTA is quite popular now, and MS Strategy games always sell well.

I played the original Sims for about 2 days. I created a person, and I had to go to work, take out the trash, pay the bills, clean the house, cook my dinner, etc. It took me a bit to realize that I don't need a computer program to simulate that stuff for me.
