Last patch notes said with in two weeks. So I'd say in a week or so now.

We already have bombers

. Was piloting my Galaxy the other day and the Harrasser in the back dropped to soon and crashed in a firey wreck. Just need to pack in a few more and we have ourselves a low tech Liberator

I think there will be a patch the day people have to dish out their first 12.95 payment. This is just a guess but I see SOE releasing info like this.

If it is any hint, it could actually be this week, SJ said this yesterday:

Full command chat functionality is not yet implemented. We're hoping that you will see it, along with the rest of the Command Functions in the coming week's patch . When that's in, we'll fill you in on the commands to use it.

and can anyone tell me how platoons work, i really want to know. possible linkage maybe? are there 3 leaders or 1 and what power does he have. Im not sure why everyone is looking foreward to platoons. i want to see the liberator and lodestar much much more.

Are we sure they are adding platoons? I thought they were conspicuously not mentioned in the "upcoming features" announcement.

I'm trying my best to wait patiently for platoons. I think they are going to rock hard. But I understand that there is probably an entire chat system issue in that feature. Probably some vehicle lock issues, etc. I know it's not just as simple as throwing three squads together.

The waiting is the hardest part.

Hasnt your outfit ever played with 2 or 3 squads in the same area? Wouldnt it have been extremely healpfull to be able to tell where the people in those other squads were?
