Lieutenant Colonel

i myself feel that society labeling certain words as "taboo" for no reason is somewhat rediculous, couldn't give two shits if my future kids used them
i would of course be concerned for my daugher having sex too early and such, so i would try to teach her the right values when it comes to that stuff and all, letting her make most of the clothing decisions, though i don't think i'd let her out of the house wearing latex tight short-shorts with a string thong and a bakini top, but if she wanted to wear tight pants or a tight shirt, she could go right ahead i've learned with my parents and the parents of my friends that being an oppressing and invading parent does not pay off and ends up backfiring in the teen years, so my plan when i get to that is to try and teach them right and wrong and the proper values when it comes to that stuff, let them make most of the decisions while keeping a concerning eye on them. |

I agree wholeheartedly(sp?). if you constantly argue with your children, theyll never listen to you, and only grow more, and more against you. While you NEED to be the adult, you should also be your child's friend, and if your not.... you might be headed for trouble. |

Get your facts straight. YOU, on the other hand, either ARE playing EQ or were very close to starting. (see BOHICA forums for proof)
