Ummmm....... no fireworks are used just as much during New Years as they are during 4th of July. If you drive out of the city you will see hundreds of stands selling them

try south carolina, all over the boarder near georgia.
ppl just hop the savannah river over to SC to grab the sparklies, since they are illegal here, but nobody pays attention to that.
but we wont be having fireworks in this house for a long time, not after i blew up me toilet with one yesterday
