How well do you know this girl? Do you chill at her house some time? If so, stop be her house and ask her face to face. Not that good of a friendship? Then find a (non-dating) excuse to see her.

Trust me, girl's prefer if you ask them to their face. And for the love of god, don't say "Do you want to go out with me?"!

Hahahaha... if I was a girl i'd dragon kick anyone that actually said that. Or something. I dunno..

Ask her if she want's to go see a movie with you, or go to lunch (save dinner for second date).

when you say do you wanna go out

it sounds like your gonna say "like go to a movie or something"

then it just doesnt sound as good
