Melee weapons

Under the descriptions for the melee weapons, it says it has two attacks, and the second one is more powerful. Are there any bad things about the second attack? Or should someone just use second attack all the time?

The second attack uses some of your running stanima I think..

I would think that the secondary attack is more powerful but slower, and the primary is faster and weaker. just a hunch.

I am 98% sure that normal will be a slash, light damage fast attack speed and the secondary will be a stab with uber damage but a long wait before you can attack again.

From what I remember various Dev's saying, the primary, less damaging knife attack is SILENT, the secondary is noisy.

If you've got an infiltration suit, it wont really matter.
