NEED HELP with new PC please.


I got my new PC assembled and then i go to load WindowsXP. When it goes to boot from CD it say "Invalid system disk" and i dont know why. No matter what disk i put, windowsXP, mobo driver disk, anything, i get that "invalid system disk" error.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hamma can you put this in the tech forum?

The XP disk sould boot, make sure you are booting from the CD first in the bios and its pluged in all the way.

I have the CD-ROM as the first boot device. Every time i enter a disk it says "invalid system disk". WHY OH WHY?

i do not know why, perhaps try a different OS CD or a floppy and see if they boot.

Dont ask me how, but the problem was i was using a USB keyboard. I got Windows installed now so ill i need to do is connect the PC to the internet then load PlanetSide
