OMG My First Snow Day in 10 Years - Page 2

tell me whats the point of this: We had exams last week, so i got to have shortened days all week, then on monday we had off for a breakday, it snowed sunday night, about a foot where live (va), so we got tuesday, wed and thur off. thursday and wednesday it starts melting hardcore and it was like 56 degrees yesterday (weather is so messed up where i live) but could the superintendent let us off today? no! he calls in a 2 hour delay. so we go to school for one shortened day.

well i guess when i think about it, i gotta support it somewhat, cuz its one less day we have to make up and the periods were all very short so it was nice.

Dude! Were Canadian. We can deal with winter better than some *other* people who call snowdays because of a few centimeters of snow. Were veterans to this sorta stuff. Atleast we don't have to worry about hurricanes, twisters, or earthquakes.

A month and a half of winter left. *sigh*

yea but shit, its not the snow i hate... its the school, there was a bombthreat at my school a few weeks ago so that was good for a day off i guess
