allow one person squads as long as they are part of a platoon. the more you think about it, the more benefits it has. no more people dropping out of the platoon when they are last in their squad, if your squad is full you can invite someone to a platoon instead making the whole process of forming platoons easier. stuff like that.

actually I wasthinking more along the lines of maybe automatically merging small squads. maybe don't allow inviting a single person as a SL in your platoon, but if he's last one left in his squad either add him to a 9 or less person squad in the platoon, or leave him as a 1 person squad.

yeah, technically you do get more BEP for going with squads, and i also agree that having the little one man squads in platoons WOULD lead to a massive flood of CR5's that haven't even reached BR16 yet. No. No no no no no. If you get kicked from a platoon because your squad dissolved then just send a tell to another SL from the platoon and get back in. Otherwise, you're SOL. Just like on a real battlefield, if you lose the commander you gotta re-connect with another CO through other means. You don't just automatically fall right back into a new squad. Communication is key in this game, whether it's annoying for some at times or not. If you don't like having to spend seven seconds sending a tell to an SL to get back into a squad then you really need to re-evaluate your true interest in this game. Communicate.
