What if the Devs allowed vechs. to be HARTed in. something like a ATV or a Harrasser or maybe a Enforcer or something. Basiclly anything that can fit into the back of a Galaxy. It would be cool to see a Harrasser drop from the sky(in a Drop Pod of course) and start to wreck havock on the enemys below.

But then that would kinda makes the Galaxy vehicle transport hold sort of useless.....
You know I think it was a mistake to have the HART in the first place. They should of made it into a Galaxy-Lodestar Hanger, so that people could wait there to get a Bigbird or a Flying Cow, and vehicles could load up. If there aren't anyone to pick you up, they could easily take a vehicle to a broadcast warpgate, most people do that anyway. And if they don't have ANY transport certs at all, they could just press "instant Action" and catch a ride with someone at the battlefield.

How about if they created a base or some kind of area which could be hacked (or even give it to the dropship center) that when controlled would enable drop pods to land in that area. This means that the HART can still get you onto a continent but only when you control a landing zone.

Hey, Thats a good idea!
Gives it a very important place, whoever holds the drop-pod landing facilities will be able to get reinforcements.
That giving me some very nice combat images.....
