advice for cards with fans


a bit of advice for people as dim as me,

when pluging in your new 3d card i.e a 9800 xt or any thing with a fan, make sure you plug it in to the correct power suply, it needs to be the one with 2 times the amount of wires as it now has a fan to run aswell as the hard drive....

just a bit of advise as i did not do this, and my 9800xt nearly died running at nearly 90 degrese.....

simple advise from a simple person

90 degrees celcius or Farhenhiet(sp)?

if it was in F then you didn't have to worry, thats not bad
