The pheonix does direct damage to the health, i believe 15, while a striker round has to go through the armor first.

Which isnt hard when you have 200 and it does 150 per hit...

IIRC, I havent actually tested it out (cant atm anyhow), but I believe one Striker rocket does as much or more than one Phoenix rocket to Rexo...

but its really hard to hit an infantry with a striker... try it sometime in the field
