Its the same cooler board i have. Add a DVD, CD/R/RW, Floppy(you will need for utility disks) and a moniter. That will run you about $1500 without the moniter if you get only about 60$/10$/40$ for DVD/floppy/CD/R/RW. IF thats too much change the ram to 3200 ddr 400 and you can get the 120gig SATA.
