I was just wondering if the blot driver is any good, is it as effective as the pheonix(best weapon ever) on infantry, i am confussed whether to buy a Special weapon cert or Bolt driver...

no, not even close. bolt driver needs a buff big time. it takes 3 hits to kill rexo.

It takes 3 hits for Rexo when they have the Person Sheild Inplant on, if they dont its only 2 shots

IMO the bolt driver is fine as is

i do have av, (lots of fun!) i probally will get blot driver, because im makin a character for far distance shooting... but i will eventually get the JH

Yes, get sniping, it flat out owns. Once you get skilled with it it is far superior to the Phoenix vs infantry.

In theory though if planetside had hit boxes instead of a hit box I would get it again but the fact where I could hit a in the head and not kill him in one shot pissed me off so after about 2 months I dropped it like Stry's mom

True. Pheonix is designed as Anti-Vehicular, you wouldnt waste 6 on a trooper. Bolt Drivers kill Rexo in 2 easy shots. Its just having patience, and finding alot of spots to snipe from. Once you have fired, move to other location. Traits of a crap sniper is them just sitting it out in one spot, and will be hunted within his/her first couple of shots.

2 shots then move is my moto for sniping and set up a spit or motion detector behind you for incase someone tries to sneak up on you
